Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support Workday Human Capital Management modules
  • Provide system support via the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and troubleshoot issues
  • Develop and maintain clear system documentation

This role requires a skilled professional to configure and enhance Workday across core Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supporting and configuring Workday HCM modules, knowledge of HR business processes, strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in complex environments.

In addition to technical skills, we value a collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
