At the AMS Group, we're transforming how we work by implementing a cutting-edge Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the implementation and optimization of UKG Ready, a HCM platform that will revolutionize how we manage our people, data, and processes.

You'll be responsible for the effective implementation of the system, from project planning and configuration to integration and optimization. Your goal is to deliver seamless experiences for employees and stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the system's subject matter expert, guiding its configuration to suit our business needs.
  • Manage system integrations and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure data flows effortlessly between platforms.
  • Streamline workflows, improve processes, and drive adoption of the new system by designing training materials and running workshops.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure employees and managers feel confident in using the platform.

Success Metrics

Your success in this role will be measured by the implementation of the project and the system's ability to enhance employee and business experiences. By simplifying processes, reducing manual tasks, and enabling real-time access to data, you'll empower our teams with the tools they need to succeed.

You'll also play a crucial role in supporting compliance requirements, managing security, and maintaining data integrity, ensuring the system is both user-friendly and reliable.
