Lead Business Consultant - Human Capital Management

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Consultant to join our team in a significant IT transformation program, focusing on Human Capital Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business value through strategic analysis and process improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize existing HCM processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic direction for HCM-related projects.
  • IDentify opportunities to enhance business outcomes within HCM operations.
  • Develop and implement effective system configurations to meet complex business requirements.
  • Ensure all HCM systems align with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Key Requirements:
  • Highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in HCM projects.
  • Ability to determine business processes and requirements within an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
