
Human Capital Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Management expert to join our team. As an HCM expert, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday solutions with customers through product and implementation expertise.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience implementing Australian HR & Payroll systems, requirements gathering, configuration, data conversion, and testing. You should be adaptable, curious, detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive and able to successfully partner with customers and your project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert across multiple Workday products with a focus on HCM and Talent
- Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing the Workday solution
- Work with the client to support translate their requirements and legacy data into the Workday solution
- Assist the Integration Consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and 3rd party/custom solutions
- Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions
- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants. Work with other consultants and product experts to develop solutions to address common customer challenges and streamline deployment processes
- Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of functional experience with HR & Payroll software solutions or systems
- Recent Australian Industry HR & Payroll experience
- Previous consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or an internal consultant
- Experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Excellent problem solving skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
