**Workday HCM Analyst Role Overview**

The ideal candidate will play a key part in configuring and enhancing Workday across core modules including Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence, Recruitment, Performance, and Talent Management.

This role is perfect for someone who has experience with Workday and can work closely with internal teams to deliver fixes and improvements that align with strategic priorities and support the ongoing evolution of our recently implemented Workday platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Configure and support Workday HCM modules.
  • Provide system support via ticketing systems, including prioritization, resolution development, testing, and communication with end users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business requirements, troubleshoot issues, develop functional specifications for system fixes and enhancements, and implement solutions.
  • Participate in continued Workday feature release updates, assessing impacts on the business and executing system testing.
  • Develop and maintain clear system documentation, including process flows and configuration guides.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in supporting and configuring Workday HCM modules.
  • Knowledge of HR business processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in large, complex environments.
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with HCM integrations highly regarded.
  • Workday HCM certifications highly regarded.
  • Professional services industry experience preferred but not essential.
