**Job Title:** Support Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing support team, you will play a pivotal role in the deployment and development of our Talent Management Platform.

**Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 and 3 technical support by determining the underlying cause of complex issues and resolving basic technical issues.
  • Evaluate and escalate level 3 support issues to the development team for resolution.
  • Develop user guides and training manuals for our ELMO systems.
  • Ensure compliance with our information security and privacy policies.

**Implementation:

  • Learn and become proficient in the implementation of our platforms and modules.
  • Develop knowledge to become a Subject Matter Expert on specific modules, with the ability to extend this learning to other modules.
  • Adeptly adopt our implementation methodology in configuring modules according to client specifications and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records associated with module implementation for customers.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Systems, or related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a passion for HR technology.
  • Experience in HR or HR systems is desirable.
