Renewable Energy Advocate

We are seeking a highly experienced industry expert to join our team as a Renewable Energy Advocate. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, with an orientation in technical asset management within industrial sectors, preferably in the energy sector.

The Renewable Energy Advocate sits at the cross-functional nexus for customer advocacy internally and is measured by retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive growth and retention.
  • Provide end-to-end support to customers, including solutions for technical asset management, centralized monitoring, performance management, commercial asset management, and field service management.
  • Deliver AI-powered insights to customers to help them optimize assets, unlock growth, and make smarter decisions as the world transitions to clean energy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve goals.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background in renewable energy or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
