About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Wesfarmers Health. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering capital projects that align with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in completing projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Manage store refurbishments according to priority and brand standards.
  • Assist in preparing and managing construction documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to documentation protocols.
  • Support the store development process and maintain accurate project accounts.
  • Oversee invoice recording, payment within trading terms, and financial reporting.
What You'll Bring
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Knowledge of collaborating with external consultants like architects, shopfitters, and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in documentation and planning.
  • Familiarity with retail planning or similar roles in store development.
  • Understanding and application of brand standards.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to process information effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial requirements in project accounting (capital and operating expenditure).
  • Experience in a fast-paced administrative role, adept at prioritisation and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills when interacting with colleagues, store staff, and suppliers.
  • Capable of working effectively in both team and independent environments.
  • Results driven individual
  • Qualification in Building related discipline e.g. Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Building
