Role Overview:
As a Project Delivery Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating our Store Development initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Store Development team to ensure the successful execution of new store launches and renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Store Development team to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within financial constraints while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Assist in the management of project timelines, equipment logistics, and financial documentation to support the broader investment strategy of Priceline.
- Maintain high standards of administration by ensuring all project-related documents are accurate and well-organized.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient in Excel and experienced in project documentation and planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
- Understanding of financial management related to project costs, including capital and operational expenditures.
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in fast-paced administrative roles with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with external partners, including architects and suppliers.
- Results-oriented with a keen understanding of brand standards.
- Minimum qualification of VCE or equivalent; pursuing a degree in business or project management is preferred.
