Key Responsibilities- Assist in completing projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Manage store refurbishments according to priority and brand standards.
- Assist in preparing and managing construction documentation.
- Ensure adherence to documentation protocols.
- Support the store development process and maintain accurate project accounts.
- Oversee invoice recording, payment within trading terms, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Knowledge of collaborating with external consultants like architects, shopfitters, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in documentation and planning.
- Familiarity with retail planning or similar roles in store development.
- Understanding and application of brand standards.
- Strong computer skills and ability to process information effectively.
- Knowledge of financial requirements in project accounting (capital and operating expenditure).
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative role, adept at prioritisation and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills when interacting with colleagues, store staff, and suppliers.
- Capable of working effectively in both team and independent environments.
- Results driven individual
- Qualification in Building related discipline e.g. Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Building
