Role Overview:
As a Project Management Specialist at Priceline, you will be instrumental in driving our vision forward by assisting the Store Development team with new store launches and renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Store Development team to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while adhering to brand standards.
- Assist in the execution of the broader investment strategy by managing project timelines, coordinating equipment schedules, and overseeing invoice processing.
- Maintain high administrative standards by ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient in Excel with strong skills in documentation and project planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders.
- Understanding of financial principles related to project accounting, including capital and operational expenditures.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Experience in high-pressure administrative roles with strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
- Able to work effectively in both team environments and independently, with clear and concise communication.
- Skilled in collaborating with external partners, including architects and suppliers.
- Results-oriented with a solid grasp of brand standards.
- VCE or equivalent qualification is required.
- Pursuing a degree in business or project management is highly desirable.
