This key role reports directly to the Business Manager and is responsible for providing daily support across all training and compliance needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end tasks related to employee training and compliance, including induction training, refresher courses, qualification upkeep, and management of labour hire agency employee compliance.
  • Coordinate training calendars, office room bookings, arrange equipment, and schedule trainer availability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with department managers, staff, line managers, head office, and external stakeholders to deliver seamless, quality-led services.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, trainers, and stakeholders through invitations, reminders, and updates.
  • Assist with national and in-house training coordination.
  • Deliver and facilitate training programs, including first-day inductions.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and relevant data.
  • Prepare and distribute up-to-date training materials.
  • Collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
  • Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, or assessments.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in coordinating, preparing, and delivering training.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a training role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
