Learning and Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development is required, along with previous experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, including workshops and inductions on company processes and IT systems, ensuring alignment with values, safety, and operational standards
  • Plan and oversee mandatory training, monitor completion, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver functional and system-specific training, while developing and maintaining up-to-date training materials and digital resources
  • Collect feedback, assess training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes and engagement
  • Support company-wide learning initiatives such as leadership programs, digital platforms, graduate and internship programs, and promote a culture of continuous development
