- Conduct training needs analyses and develop strategic plans aligned with business goals and performance outcomes.
- Champion a strong risk and compliance culture by identifying risks, contributing to process mapping, and supporting audit remediation actions.
- Drive team success by providing coaching, demonstrating leadership, and actively contributing to initiatives that foster engagement and collaboration.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior learning and development role, with a strong track record of delivering impactful training solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Psychology, or Learning Design.
- Expertise in managing large-scale L&D projects, with proficiency in eLearning tools like Articulate Rise.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
