Job Title: Senior Training Development Professional

Overview

This role is designed for a skilled professional with expertise in training and development. As a Senior Training Development Professional, you will create comprehensive training programs to equip operations staff with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop tailored training solutions that address the specific needs of the operations support team.
  • Conduct Workshops and Seminars: Regularly lead training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge among team members.
  • Evaluate Staff Performance: Monitor and assess employee performance to identify areas for improvement, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain Training Materials: Develop and update training resources, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
  • Provide Guidance: Support team members in resolving complex issues and challenges.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment (or working towards)
  • Substantial experience in operations support, training, or a related field
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Strong knowledge of operations processes, systems, and best practices
