Job Summary:
The Gold Mine Training Professional is responsible for ensuring the competence of all operational staff to do their job through the design, delivery, and assessment of competency-based training and assessment.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deliver, and assess competency-based training and assessment programs to ensure operational staff are competent in their roles.
- Coordinate and manage all training activities, including development and customization of course content, to meet the needs of the organization.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external training providers, negotiating prices and communicating requirements for training content.
- Identify individual and organizational training needs through analysis and consultation, and develop targeted training programs to address these needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Lead Auditor Qualifications.
- Current 'C' Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.
Desirable Experience & Competencies:
- Minimum 1 year experience in coordinating training courses, developing and customizing course content.
- Ability to coach and mentor others.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to positively influence others.
