Job Opportunity: Customer Service Engineer

Overview:

The KE Select has partnered with a leading analytical instrument manufacturer to find a skilled and experienced Customer Service Engineer based in Perth.

This role involves providing technical support, installing and commissioning equipment, performing routine maintenance, and promoting company services to the client base.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in high-voltage electronics, precision mechanical devices, vacuum/gas/air systems, water-cooling, small-scale robotics, electronics, and PC-based operating systems.

  • Represent the company in a key customer-facing position
  • Work on commissioning systems and installations at customer sites
  • Perform on-site maintenance and repair of all instrumentation
  • Promote company services to the client base
  • Respond to break-down calls as required

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Required skills and qualifications include an advanced diploma in Electronics/Mechanical discipline, excellent electro-mechanical skills, previous field service experience, a valid Australian driver's license, and full working rights in Australia.

A strong work ethic, adaptability, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this role.
