Bid Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Bid Manager to join our team. As a key member of our bid management team, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of simultaneous proposals with dynamic workloads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate proposal documents such as Statements of Work, Bills of Materials, Implementation Plans, Delivery Schedules, and Risk Registers
  • Develop strong relationships with sales teams and internal stakeholders
  • Regularly report progress and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field are required
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, great written and oral communication skills, and good ICT skills are essential
  • Ability to deliver projects on fixed dates and experience in bid management, strategy, project coordination, proposal development, or related roles are highly desirable
