We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to drive customer-centric culture and shape the customer journey across our projects.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analysing customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You will also support the design and implementation of customer experience programs, projects, and campaigns. Additionally, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of customer experience initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Background in customer experience coordination within industries such as construction, property development, local council, or insurance.
- Experience in guiding customers through processes that span an extended period of time, ensuring consistent communication and support.
- Able to understand and communicate using construction-related terminology to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
