About the Role
As a key leadership position within our organisation, this role will oversee the complexities of our service systems and processes to ensure we're providing efficient services whilst also enhancing the customer experience.
This includes developing and implementing strategies that deliver exceptional customer experiences by putting the customer at the centre of our operations, driving a customer-centric mindset to problem-solving.
The successful candidate will lead teams through change, leveraging their expertise and experience to drive results and achieve outcomes. They will also be responsible for collaborating across the organisation to drive a customer-centric mindset, working with stakeholders to identify and address areas for improvement.
We are looking for an experienced professional who has a proven track record in Customer Experience strategy and continuous improvement, as well as leadership and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a customer experience strategy that aligns with our vision and goals.
- Oversee the complexities of our service systems and processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective in delivering customer experiences.
- Collaborate across the organisation to drive a customer-centric mindset, working with stakeholders to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Analyse data and insights to inform decision-making and improve customer experiences.
- Lead teams through change, leveraging your expertise and experience to drive results and achieve outcomes.
