Campaign Optimization Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and enhance the customer journey from initial engagement through to retention within our premium cohort. This role supports the proposition manager in executing proposition planning, driving engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty throughout the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will leverage events and experiences to create impactful campaigns, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative activations that engage customers and create a multilayered customer experience on and off platform.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing lifecycle campaign strategies aligned with premium customer proposition planning business goals, identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement at each stage of the lifecycle, and ensuring campaign propositions are tailored to specific customer needs.

The successful candidate will also ensure effective value, sustainability, and product merchandising in all customer interactions and communications, plan and execute campaigns that engage customers, and work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain detailed customer profiles.

Additionally, the candidate will partner with the CRM team to design and implement communication strategies that effectively convey propositions to customers, leverage customer data and insights for campaign optimization and personalization, and create and implement premium team campaign communications.
