This role requires a senior leader who thrives on complexity, cultural diversity, and commercial impact. You will work across time zones, cultures, and markets, ensuring seamless engagement with clients and teams in multiple regions.

As a Global Leader of Client Satisfaction, you will drive client success and revenue expansion across our global portfolio. You will be a hands-on, commercially savvy leader with a passion for building lasting client partnerships, unlocking growth through cross-sell opportunities, as well as driving satisfaction, retention, and renewals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' progressive leadership experience in client services, customer success, or account management.
  • A track record of growing strategic accounts, project management, and managing senior/executive relationships across multiple geographies.
  • Proven ability to lead with influence, balancing strategic thinking with executional rigour.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Championing major global accounts as the executive sponsor, ensuring exceptional delivery, trusted partnerships, and strong revenue growth.
  • Building influential relationships with senior stakeholders, uncovering opportunities, and driving high-impact cross-sell and upsell wins.
  • Leading strategic planning, forecasting, and project execution across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Inspiring, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing global team to deliver innovation, value, and excellence every time.
  • Setting the bar high with clear standards for client satisfaction, delivery performance, and commercial success.
  • Partnering with executive leadership to shape a future-focused global client services strategy.
  • Being the voice of the client - transforming insights into bold, competitive solutions.
  • Safeguarding profitability and account health through strong contract management, compliance, and commercial discipline.
  • Resolving escalations decisively, protecting partnerships, and long-term value.

You will operate seamlessly across cultures, regulations, and markets worldwide and travel internationally to connect with senior clients, strengthen relationships, and drive results on the ground.
