**Role Overview**
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development, crafting compelling tender responses, quotations, and business proposals. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, you'll provide financial analysis and input throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring continued success and growth for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate tender requirements and complete submissions within tight deadlines, adhering to company standards and protocols
- Support the general operation of the business development departments, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain effective client relationships across Asset Ownership and Management organisations
- Ensure compliance with established tender administration processes
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A background in bid, tendering, finance, pricing/costing/estimating or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Team-oriented, accountable, and results-driven approach to work
- Prioritise demands, work under pressure, and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
**On Offer:**
We're offering a competitive salary range of $100K to $140K (inclusive of super), plus opportunities for career advancement and significant further earning potential.
