We are seeking a driven and passionate Customer Service Officer to join our team in Canberra.

Key Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service over the phone and via email, assisting with training contracts, incentive claims, support loan applications, and related documentation, addressing and following up customer enquiries within service standards, maintaining and updating customer records accurately, and supporting customers with completing program-related forms.

About You:

  • You will have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via both phone and email.
  • You must be able to build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accurate and efficient date entry skills with a high attention to detail is required.
  • You should have High computer literacy across various software.
  • You will need to demonstrate an ability to interpret and analyse information.
  • A proven experience in meeting set KPIs and customer service standards is essential.
  • You must have Strong initiative and ability to self-manage workloads.
