
Customer Experience Specialist

As a key player in the customer success arena, we're seeking an exceptional relationship professional to drive impactful connections with our federal government clients.
About This RoleThis critical position will enhance our relationships with key federal government customers by fostering close interactions, identifying service improvement opportunities, and delivering support that consistently exceeds expectations. The successful candidate will serve as the voice of the customer within our organization, championing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS AND RAPPORT WITH CUSTOMERS, DELIVERING RESULTS THAT ENSURE ACCOUNT RETENTION AND DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH.
- IDENTIFY TRENDS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS FOR INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS, FOCUSING ON DEMONSTRATING VALUE, CONDUCTING PROBLEM MANAGEMENT, AND EFFICIENCY GAINS.
- EDUCATE CUSTOMERS ON OPERATIONAL CONTACT POINTS AND PROCESSES WITHIN OUR ORGANIZATION.
- SERVE AS THE PRIMARY POINT OF ESCALATION FOR MAJOR INCIDENTS, MAINTAINING REGULAR CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS AND WORKING CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL OPERATIONAL TEAMS TO OBTAIN POST-INcident REVIEWS REQUIRED BY THE CUSTOMER.
- IDENTIFY NEW OR POTENTIAL SALES OPPORTUNITIES AND ENGAGE WITH THE ACCOUNT DIRECTOR WHERE RELEVANT.
- AT LEAST 3-5 YEARS IN A SIMILAR ROLE.
- EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SECTOR PREFERRED.
- PROVEN COMMITMENT TO PROVIDING AN EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.
- A HIGH DEGREE OF ORGANISATIONAL AND PRESENTATION SKILLS.
