Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-obsessed Customer Service Specialist to fill this exciting role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high levels of service across all channels, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order management, problem resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement new customer service strategies to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Oversee order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to optimize the customer journey.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-driven approach.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer service processes, systems, and policies with a strong focus on automation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist (ideally in retail, wholesale, or FMCG).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in order management, CRM systems, and customer service best practices. Shopify, Gorgias & Starshipit are highly regarded.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
