We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a genuine shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging shopping experiences by working collaboratively with the team
- Sell on the shop floor and contribute to sales targets
- Maintain immaculate store presentation through adherence to visual merchandising standards
- Develop product knowledge of apparel and accessories
- Assist with managing and replenishing stock and maintain a well-organised stock room
- Support Store Manager with various administration duties
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience
- Able to work effectively in fast-paced team environments
- Upbeat and energetic approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent listening skills and ability to use feedback constructively
