**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team. Key responsibilities include answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, handling sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming telephone calls and schedule member appointments in a timely manner.
  • Process sales transactions on the cash register and manage payments accurately.
  • Maintain a secure computerized file for each member and complete order paperwork efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with members to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Conduct off-site marketing activities to increase sales and visibility.
  • Clean and maintain the workspace, adhering to safety and security protocols.
