Hearing Care Assistant

We are seeking a customer-centric professional to join our team at the Broadmeadows Clinic. As someone who excels in providing exceptional support, you will:
- Perform comprehensive hearing screening checks and maintain hearing aids with full training provided.
- Deliver face-to-face and phone-based customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate customer appointments through diary management and ensure seamless communication.
- Identify and pursue external lead generation opportunities to drive customer engagement.
- Provide administrative support to Audiologists and the clinic to optimize performance.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or retail environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in computer systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Administration experience is an asset, but full training will be provided.
- Sales experience is beneficial.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for occasional travel to other clinics.
