Overview

Customer Service Officer - East Metro Melbourne at Hearing Australia. Casual, ongoing role. Approximately 2-3 days per week, varies to meet business needs. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with a 40-minute lunch break. Working locations include Croydon, Forest Hill, Knox, Glen Waverley, Doncaster and Greensborough Hearing Centres.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and attend to all counter and telephone enquiries.
  • Cover reception and undertake general administration duties including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reports.
  • Liaise extensively with clients comprising children and adults, including those with complex needs and from multicultural, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Assist Clinicians with the provision of clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids.
