Overview

Join to apply for the Customer Service Officer - Frankston role at Hearing Australia.


This is a permanent, full-time onsite position based in Frankston with coverage at Rosebud, Hastings and Mornington locations.



Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and attend to counter and telephone enquiries
  • Cover reception and undertake general administration duties including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reports
  • Liaise with clients, including children and adults, some with complex needs, as well as clients from multicultural and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
  • Assist Clinicians with clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids


What you'll bring
  • Experience as a proactive problem solver with a desire to take ownership of your work
  • Intermediate/advanced computer literacy and some exposure to mobile technology (iOS and/or Android)
  • A desire to work in an organisation that contributes to the greater good and makes a difference to the lives of clients and their families
