Luxury Residential Construction Leader

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing site operations, trades, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality finishes and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deadlines
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients in a professional manner
- Enforce workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance and manage site safety protocols
- Track progress, manage materials, and report on job status
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or equivalent role in residential construction
- Carpentry or trade background highly regarded
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, detailing, and finishes
- Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining clean, organized building sites
You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects by leading our team and promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
