Project Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Development Manager to lead the delivery of luxury residential apartment projects.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for successful project delivery

  • Manage the preparation of development applications and negotiate with local councils

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in property or construction
  • Strong Excel skills, preferably with experience using Estate Master
  • Extensive experience in residential apartments development
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills
  • Superb communication and stakeholder management skills
