Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee the management of high-end residential projects.

Your key responsibilities will include managing budgets, contracts, and sub-contractor quotes. You will also be responsible for preparing accurate bills of quantities, take-offs, and trade package comparisons, as well as drafting and managing contracts and variations.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of luxury homes on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Cost reporting and analysis
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and estimating processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
