Our client, a leading general contractor, is looking for a dedicated WHSE Advisor to join their team, contributing directly to strengthening a culture of safety on-site. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction environment.


  • Implement and maintain WHSE policies and procedures on luxury residential and high-rise construction sites.
  • Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide WHSE training and guidance to site personnel.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate WHSE considerations into project planning and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to WHSE activities.
