About the Role:

We are seeking a Dining Experience Specialist who can create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, running food and drinks, setting up and packing down the restaurant and bar area following service periods, handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner, maintaining and following health, safety, and security procedures at all times, and presenting yourself in a put-together, professional manner while retaining a high regard for personal grooming.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess valid NSW RSA, have demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional moments for Guests, be able to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, have high energy and a great smile, and be willing to learn and be part of a team.
