We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wedding Specialist to join our team at Wedded Wonderland. This role requires a passion for weddings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Description

The Wedding Specialist will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding couples through the planning process and connecting them with relevant vendors and resources. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional service to both B2B clients (vendors) and couples utilizing Wedded Wonderland's concierge services.
  • Conducting in-depth consultations to understand couples' needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Curator personalized vendor recommendations based on specific criteria.
  • Providing expert guidance on wedding planning timelines, etiquette, and trends.
  • B2B Vendor Liaison: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors for the Wedded Network.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks such as:

  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of concierge resources and materials.
  • Contributing to the Wedded Wonderland blog and social media channels.
  • Participating in industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the wedding industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Passion for weddings and a genuine desire to help couples create their dream day.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
