Hotel Sales Professional Job

Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort is gearing up for an exciting relaunch following a multi-million-dollar transformation that will set a bold new benchmark for luxury on the Sunshine Coast.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming event leads professionally through all channels ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Provide detailed conference and events proposals covering venue, function, menu and accommodation costs to maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate and host familiarisation and site inspections providing valuable insights to customers.
  • Assist in coordinating sales forecasts and provide suggestions on strategies to achieve targets in line with business objectives.
  • Update and maintain accurate account profiles in database systems ensuring data integrity.
  • Prepare and deliver event information to event coordinators guaranteeing accuracy of details.
  • Ensure success in delivering customer events to satisfy clients and secure repeat business.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years' experience within the Conference & Events sector in a sales role with a strong focus on hotel operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
