Change and Engagement Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Change and Engagement Specialist to lead our Data and Analytics Office's transformation efforts.
This role sits within our Transformation and Change Centre of Excellence, reporting directly to the CoE Lead. You'll support our Decision Science and Gen AI Domain teams in driving AI adoption across the organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a multi-channel communication strategy to drive AI adoption
- Designing and implementing effective change management plans
- Leading the development of AI communication tools and assets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of traditional and new communication methods
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
