Job Title: Change, Communications and Engagement Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled professional to develop and implement effective change management strategies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and delivering communication plans that drive organisational change and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling data-led and story-led copy that engages and resonates across various channels.
  • Work with the Enterprise Change Practice to ensure consistency of change activities and meet minimum artefact standards.
  • Proactively identify and plan for anticipated resistance and other change and people risks through effective control and mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role with a demonstrated track record of implementing successful BAU Change and Communications plans.
  • Familiarity with project and/or change methodologies, assessment techniques and governance principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders and executives.
