Change, Communications and Engagement Role

This role supports the implementation of a change strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances the internal reputation of the Finance and Governance division.


The successful candidate will have experience in similar roles with a proven track record of implementing successful BAU Change and Communications plans. They will be familiar with project/change methodologies, assessment techniques and governance principles, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders and executives.


The role involves developing compelling data-led and story-led copy across channels that aligns to F&G goals and enhances F&G's reputation across the AEMO Group. The candidate will also collaborate with Enterprise Change Practice to ensure consistency of change activities and meet artefact standards.


The ideal candidate will have generalist experience across design and delivery of Communications, Engagement and Learning/Training. They will be self-starters with an eye for engaging storytelling opportunities and able to identify and address training needs while proactively managing change issues and risks.


Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the approved CCE strategy for F&G, including continuous improvement and complex BAU change management initiatives.
  • Providing CCE support to Finance & Governance teams in support of transformation and project-based delivery uplift.
  • Developing Change, Communications and Engagement Plans and Reporting.
  • Collaborating with Enterprise Change Practice to ensure consistency of change activities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role with a track record of implementing successful BAU Change and Communications plans.
  • Familiarity with project/change methodologies, assessment techniques and governance principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
