Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Change Specialist to join our team. As a Change Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that project managers and subcontractors comply with the change management process.

About the Role

This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization. You will be working closely with project, technical, incident, and release management teams to deliver client outcomes and manage changes within a shared services environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that project managers and subcontractors comply with the change management process.
  • Managing changes within a shared services environment.
  • Assessing impact and categorizing changes as defined by the change management processes.
  • Operating proactively and successfully within a multi-vendor environment.
