International Development Coordinator

International Development Opportunity at The University of Queensland
At The University of Queensland, we're seeking a highly organized and experienced Development Coordinator to join our International Development team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for supporting training, capacity building, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, including travel, events, and online training platforms.
- Act as budget holder, ensure financial compliance, and prepare reports.
- Provide guidance to Development Assistants for project delivery.
- Compile short-term and long-term project reports.
- Represent UQID at events and meetings, both locally and internationally.
About You:
We're looking for a candidate with relevant experience in training program support, project management, or related coordination roles. You'll need to have strong proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent English language skills. Additionally, you'll require the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments, manage conflicting priorities, and navigate multicultural and diverse settings.
The successful candidate will have a Qualifications in a relevant related field in Project Management, Adult Education, International Development, and be able to demonstrate a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. You'll also need to have high-level attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to see a task through to completion.
