About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our International Development team as a Development Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities, including travel, events, and online training platforms.
  • Act as budget holder, ensuring financial compliance and preparing reports.
  • Provide guidance to Development Assistants for project delivery.
  • Compile short-term and long-term project reports.
  • Represent UQID at events and meetings, both locally and internationally.
Business Development & Engagement
  • Assist with tender preparation and management.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, including capability statements, brochures, and project documents.
  • Manage databases and contribute to reports and presentations.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Qualifications in a relevant field, such as Project Management or Adult Education.
  • Relevant experience in training program support, project management, or related coordination roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent English language skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments, manage conflicting priorities, and navigate multicultural and diverse settings.
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary & Benefits

This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity with a base salary ranging from $89,861 to $96,402 per annum, plus 17% superannuation. We also offer a range of benefits, including:

  • 26 weeks paid parental leave or 14 weeks paid primary caregiver leave.
  • 17% superannuation contributions.
  • Access to flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working options, flexible start/finish times, purchased leave, and a condensed fortnight.
