Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Project Coordinator to join our International Development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting training, capacity building, and business development activities.

Your responsibilities will include administration, financial management, stakeholder engagement, database management, and project support. You will work closely with our Project Support team to ensure smooth operations and efficient resource allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Qualifications in a relevant field such as Project Management, Adult Education, or International Development
  • Relevant experience in training program support, project management, or related coordination roles
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent English language skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments, manage conflicting priorities, and navigate multicultural and diverse settings
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High-level attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to see a task through to completion
