Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to assume responsibility for the preparation and processing of invoices in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process invoices for payment
  • Respond to and resolve invoice-related inquiries from suppliers and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and account balances
  • Participate in the improvement and development of invoicing procedures and systems
  • Submit invoices through electronic portals

Necessary Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an invoicing or accounts payable role
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations
