Job Role:

This is a nationally focused position within a finance team, reporting directly to the Billing Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely invoicing services, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing as part of a cohesive team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Accurate and timely preparation and issuance of invoices, along with data entry into the accounting system
  • Following up on requests for credit approvals
  • Preparing monthly GST reconciliation
  • Liaising with customers to resolve billing issues
  • Assisting with billing system and process improvement
  • Implementing and updating Depot invoicing systems

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in invoicing within a similar industry is preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation are required
  • Good Excel skills are necessary, with experience using Containerchain and Oracle advantageous
  • The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and possesses excellent communication skills
  • Considerable data entry experience is required
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential
