Our company is seeking an experienced Invoicing Coordinator to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing fleet invoicing and compiling data from E-vouchers for purchase orders.

This role involves:

  • Compiling data from E-vouchers for purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collating information for Purchase Orders and verifying all details are correct.
  • Gathering approvals from managers for invoices and obtaining final signatures.
  • Generating ad hoc invoices as required.
  • Ordering business cards and marketing materials, maintaining a professional image.
  • Providing general record keeping and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in a credit or accounts receivable role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels.
  • A strong work ethic, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Familiarity with invoicing and purchase order systems, preferably including SAP and Salesforce.
  • Prior experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
