Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Invoicing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and processing accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable Management: Manage the entire accounts receivable cycle, from invoicing to cash application, to ensure prompt payment from customers.
  • Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile all payments received from customers to the corresponding invoices and bank statements to minimize discrepancies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform Invoicing Duties: Prepare and send out invoices to customers on time.
  • Credit Management: Monitor and manage customer credit limits and aging reports to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to resolve them.
  • Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer communications, payment history, and account status.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures, to minimize risk and maintain a high level of service quality.
