About this role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Pinjarra. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking food according to menus, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
  • Maintaining HACCP procedures and practices.
  • Keeping kitchen equipment and plant in good condition.
  • Organizing and implementing food service.
  • Planning and implementing daily food preparation lists for effective production.
  • Complying with all aspects of OH&S compliance.

Requirements

  • Experience working in high-quality kitchen environments.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Able to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
